Privacy Policy

This policy covers the RedEyeTek website at redeyetek.us. Our products, including Ephor, come with their own terms and privacy notices.

The short version

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or fonts, scripts or embeds from anyone else. The only information we get is what any web server records, and what you choose to send us by email.

What we collect

Server logs. When you visit, our web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, the page that linked you here, and your browser’s user-agent string. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, and they’re deleted automatically after about two weeks.
Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. We won’t add you to a mailing list.

We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. The site runs on a server we operate, hosted by a cloud provider that stores the data on our behalf. We’d disclose information only if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Children

This website is meant for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children through it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@redeyetek.us and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
