Ephor

Screen time, settled. Ephor gives parents one calm place to manage their kids’ screen time across iPhone, Mac and Firefox. Instead of blocking the bad parts of the internet one site at a time, Ephor starts closed: kids reach the websites and apps you’ve approved, and nothing else.

What it does

  • Allow-only websites. Kids reach only the sites you’ve approved, enforced on the network for every device they use.
  • Allow-only apps. Approve, block, time-limit or ignore apps on iPhone and Mac.
  • Pause and Downtime. Close the gates for dinner, homework or bedtime, on every device at once.
  • Daily time limits. Set how much screen time each child gets, and let it run out on its own.
  • Ask, don’t sneak. Kids ask for more time or a new site, and you answer from your phone.
  • YouTube by channel. In Firefox, kids watch only the channels you approve, with no Shorts.
